Ingredients
  

  • 10.5 oz silken tofu
  • 5.6 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • An optional pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Chocolate: Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt it in the microwave, stirring every few seconds to prevent burning.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, and an optional pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate: Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for an hour or until set.

  • Use room temperature tofu for easier blending
  • Try different flavored dark chocolates for variety
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor
