- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk or any other milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt coconut or Greek
- 1-2 fresh figs
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tablespoon walnuts roughly chopped
