  • 1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk regular or plant-based
  • Ice
  • 3 ounces about 90 ml whipped cream (or vegan whipped cream, such as coconut or soy)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish
  • 1-2 Biscoff cookies for decoration

  • Prepare the whipped cream: In a small bowl, whip the cream until thick and fluffy; if using vegan whipped cream, ensure it’s suitable for whipping, then set aside.
  • Prepare the coffee base: Brew 1/4 cup of espresso or strong coffee; while hot, add 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread and stir until dissolved.
  • Assemble the latte: Fill a tall glass with ice about 3/4 full, then pour 1 cup of milk (regular or plant-based) over the ice.
  • Add the coffee mixture: Gently pour the coffee and Biscoff mixture over the milk; you can leave layers for presentation or stir lightly to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream: Spoon the whipped cream on top, ensuring it’s evenly spread to create an appetizing “cap.”
  • Sprinkle with crumbs and garnish with cookies: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of crushed Biscoff cookies on top, and finish with one or two whole Biscoff cookies in the drink or on the side for decoration.
