Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup diced fresh dragonfruit or 1/2 tsp dragonfruit powder mixed with 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the diced fresh dragonfruit to a glass. If using powdered dragonfruit instead, mix the powder with the 1/4 cup milk and pour into the glass.

  • Add the milk for the second layer.

  • In a blender, combine the water, matcha powder, and agave/maple syrup. Blend for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved and frothy.
  • Pour the matcha mixture over the second layer to create the third green tea layer.

  • If desired, you can skip the ice and use all milk/water for a non-iced latte style drink.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! The sweetener amount can be adjusted to taste preference.

Notes

  • For added freshness, squeeze extra lemon juice over the pasta before serving.
  • Feel free to add a handful of cherry tomatoes or baby spinach for extra color and flavor.
  • Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
