- 1/4 cup diced fresh dragonfruit or 1/2 tsp dragonfruit powder mixed with 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/3 cup milk of your choice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup or to taste
Add the diced fresh dragonfruit to a glass. If using powdered dragonfruit instead, mix the powder with the 1/4 cup milk and pour into the glass.
Add the ice cubes
Add the milk for the second layer.
In a blender, combine the water, matcha powder, and agave/maple syrup. Blend for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved and frothy.
Pour the matcha mixture over the second layer to create the third green tea layer.
If desired, you can skip the ice and use all milk/water for a non-iced latte style drink.
Serve immediately and enjoy! The sweetener amount can be adjusted to taste preference.
- For added freshness, squeeze extra lemon juice over the pasta before serving.
- Feel free to add a handful of cherry tomatoes or baby spinach for extra color and flavor.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
