- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Peanuts optional, to be added in the morning
Prepare the Oats:
In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, cocoa powder, one tablespoon of peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Morning Preparation:
In the morning, take the oats out of the refrigerator. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk and stir.
Layer half of the oats in a glass, add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter and some chocolate chips, then layer the remaining oats.
Top with the remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips.
