Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup watermelon flesh seedless (about 7 oz)
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar optional
  • Club soda sparkling water
  • Ice crushed or cubes
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the Watermelon: Place seedless watermelon chunks in a glass.
  • Muddle the Mint and Watermelon: Add fresh mint leaves to the glass and gently muddle the mint and watermelon together to release the juices and flavors. If you want a smoother texture, blend the watermelon first.
  • Add Lime Juice: Squeeze lime juice into the glass. For extra sweetness, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
