1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder or 3-5 bluish-purple clitoria flowers
For the Drink:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1/2 teaspoons matcha powder

Execution
Make the Blue Ice Cubes: If using blue spirulina powder, dissolve 1/4 teaspoon in 1 1/4 cups of water. If using clitoria flowers, place 3-5 flowers in a heatproof container and pour 1 1/4 cups of hot water over them. Let it steep for a few minutes. Pour the colored water into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
Prepare the Matcha Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder and 1/2 cup of water until well combined and free of lumps.
Mix the Milk and Sweetener: In a separate container, mix 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of agave syrup.
Assemble the Iced Latte: Fill a tall glass with the blue ice cubes. Pour in the water, followed by the milk mixture, and finally, the matcha mixture.
Adjust Sweetness and Serve: Gently stir to combine the layers. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup according to your taste preference. Serve immediately with a reusable straw or spoon. Enjoy the incredible flavor of matcha and the beauty of natural colors in your glass!
Additional tips

- If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can use honey or simple syrup instead of agave syrup.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top for an extra touch of elegance.
- For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder used.
- Experiment with different flavors to find your favorite combination.
