Mix the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried onion, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper; stir well.
Coat the tofu: Put tofu cubes in a bowl, drizzle with oil, toss gently, sprinkle the seasoning mix, and toss to coat evenly.
Cook in the air fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), arrange tofu in a single layer in the basket, cook for 15-20 minutes, and shake halfway through.
Serve the tofu: Ensure it’s golden brown and crispy; cook 2-3 more minutes if needed, and serve immediately with sauces or as part of a dish.
