Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups plant-based milk of your choice e.g., almond, oat, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh dragon fruit pitahaya, diced
  • 3 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or substitute with maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder optional, for color

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine 1/2 cup of the plant-based milk with the diced dragon fruit. Mix well. (If you don’t have fresh dragon fruit, you can use the 1/2 teaspoon of dragon fruit powder mixed with 1/2 cup of plant-based milk instead.)
  • Add the ice cubes to the glass.
  • In a separate container, combine the remaining 1 1/4 cups of plant-based milk with the agave syrup (or your preferred syrup). Mix well, then pour over the ice in the glass.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the drink by increasing or decreasing the amount of syrup to your taste preference.
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, substitute the ice cubes with additional plant-based milk or juice.
  • For an extra pop of color, add a few pieces of dried dragon fruit as a garnish.
