Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  • 1-2 tsp sugar to taste
  • 1 shot espresso or strong coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix Pumpkin with Spices: In a small bowl, stir together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and sugar until smooth.
  • Prepare Coffee: Brew a shot of espresso or make strong coffee, and let it cool slightly.
  • Add Milk: Pour the milk into the pumpkin mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee over the ice, then add the pumpkin-spiced milk mixture.
