Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • Vanilla milk of your choice
  • Brewed matcha tea
  • Ice cubes

  • Make the Raspberry Purée: Place the frozen raspberries and sugar in a glass bowl. Microwave for about 2 minutes until the raspberries are soft. Blend until smooth.
  • Assemble the Latte: Add a couple of tablespoons of the raspberry purée (or raspberry jam) to your glass.
  • Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Milk and Matcha: Top with about ½ cup of vanilla milk and ½ cup of brewed matcha tea.
