Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar (or 3 tablespoons raspberry jam)
Vanilla milk of your choice
Brewed matcha tea
Ice cubes

Execution
Make the Raspberry Purée: Place the frozen raspberries and sugar in a glass bowl. Microwave for about 2 minutes until the raspberries are soft. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the Latte: Add a couple of tablespoons of the raspberry purée (or raspberry jam) to your glass.
Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour the Milk and Matcha: Top with about ½ cup of vanilla milk and ½ cup of brewed matcha tea.
