Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ onion
  • ½ cup fresh basil

  • Fresh dill
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the Ingredients: Cut the mango, bell pepper, cucumber, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Combine the Greens and Herbs: Add the mixed greens, fresh basil, and dill to a large bowl.
  • Mix Everything Together: Add the chopped mango, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the greens and herbs.
  • Add Lime Juice: Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the salad.
  • Season with Salt: Sprinkle salt to taste over the salad.
  • Toss and Serve: Mix everything well to combine all the flavors. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

  • Adjust the lime juice to your taste. Add more if you prefer a tangier salad.
