- 10.5 ounces fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup coconut oil
Melt the Coconut Oil: In a small saucepan, gently melt the coconut oil over low heat.
Blend the Ingredients: Place the silken tofu, fresh strawberries, agave syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
