Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strong espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Extra Greek yogurt for layering

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a jar or container, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, espresso, and cocoa powder. Stir well.

Refrigerate:

  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Morning Preparation:

  • In the morning, take the oats out of the refrigerator and stir.
  • Layer the oats and additional Greek yogurt in a clear glass or cup, alternating until the glass is filled.

Add Topping:

  • Top with unsweetened cocoa powder and optionally, some grated dark chocolate.
