Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas or 2 lavash breads
  • 1 cup baked garlic-yogurt marinated chicken breast sliced (or boiled chicken breast, sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 cucumber sliced into rounds or julienned
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ small onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Use the garlic-yogurt marinade recipe to bake the chicken breast or boil it until fully cooked, then slice into thin strips.
  • Make the Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt; stir well until smooth and set aside.
  • Assemble the Wrap: Lay lavash bread on a clean surface, add shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumber slices, and sliced garlic-yogurt marinated chicken (or boiled chicken); drizzle generously with the yogurt-garlic sauce, then top with thinly sliced onions and tomato slices.
  • Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the lavash over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose all ingredients.
  • Grill (Optional): Place the wrap on a preheated grill or skillet; grill each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Serve: Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, enjoying with extra yogurt sauce on the side if desired!
