Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas or lavash breads
  • 6-8 pieces store-bought falafel
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 cucumber sliced into rounds or julienned
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ small onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt optional, for a yogurt sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced (optional, for a yogurt sauce)
  • Tahini sauce or hummus to taste (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Falafel: Use store-bought falafel and heat it according to the package instructions (usually in the oven or microwave).
  • Make the Yogurt Sauce (Optional): Mix plain yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt in a small bowl, stir until smooth, and set aside.
  • Assemble the Wrap: Lay a lavash bread on a clean, flat surface; add shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumber slices, heated falafel, and drizzle with your choice of yogurt-garlic sauce, tahini sauce, or hummus; top with thinly sliced onions and tomato slices.
  • Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the lavash over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up, ensuring all ingredients are enclosed.
  • Grill (Optional): Place the wrap on a preheated grill or skillet; grill each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Serve: Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately with extra yogurt-garlic sauce, tahini sauce, or hummus on the side if desired!

Notes
