Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
1/4 cup yogurt (plain or Greek)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (to taste)
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Execution
Mix the Ingredients: In a jar or container, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine.
Refrigerate: Close the container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Prepare the Strawberries: If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw at room temperature. Mash half of the strawberries into a puree using a blender or a fork, and chop the other half into small pieces.
Add Berries: Stir the oats mixture and top with the strawberry puree and chopped strawberries. Optionally, add 1-2 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Enjoy: Serve the oats straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl. Enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast.

Additional tips
- Variety: You can use any type of milk you prefer, whether it’s dairy or plant-based like almond, soy, or oat milk.
- Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness by adding honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup in the morning if desired.
- Texture: If you prefer a thicker texture, reduce the amount of milk. For a thinner consistency, add a bit more milk in the morning before serving.
- Add-ins: Feel free to add nuts, seeds, or dried fruits for extra texture and flavor.
